...to make your own hat. Young kids and our not so young kids like the show.
Hey, I got a new hat! All I can do is laugh at Balloons the Clown.

Even keeps the Kiwanians entertained. Balloons is the man of the hour....for now.
Balloons' is my favorite, for now. Don't look now, but there is a guy in a red suit coming in the door.

This is why we do this....to see smiles of joy on everyone's faces.
